Completion by Design

Completion by Design, a signature Initiative of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Postsecondary Success Strategy, is a five-year community college reform effort focused on increasing the proportion of and pace by which low-income young adults progress to postsecondary credential and degree completion.  The reform organizers have assembled an important set of resources which you can access here:  Completion by Design resources.
